Siesta Key Drum Circle Photos, Videos, and Location

This is a huge drum circle on the beach in Siesta Key, Sarasota Florida. I love to go there when I can. If you're visiting the area, or live nearby be sure to check this one out. It's pretty well known around here, and very popular now. It's probably the biggest one around the west coast of Florida. There is loads of drummers and belly dancers to jam and dance with. Plus lots of families, beach going onlookers, and curious tourists. Here's some photos, vids, and more.

Bring a blanket or chair, most everyone does. It's happening every Sunday starting a couple of hours before sunset, and ends around 10 PM. It's an open free form community drum circle at the Siesta Key public beach. It meets up just south of the main pavilion between lifeguard stands 3 and 4 on Siesta Public Beach. Just follow your ears. This one is always a good time with solid musicality and dancing. Some of these cats even keep playing if it rains!

For directions look up Siesta Key on MapQuest, Google, etc. For the current sunset times, and a few short videos from the Siesta Key Drum Circle, scroll down below these photos. (Photos by "Timbo". Check him out on FaceBook.)
